How much you rely on Yurbook to publish your next yearbook is entirely up to you and your staff. If you’d like, you can simply use our site as a safe, secure way to store, catalog and share the mountains of digital photos taken every year. You can also store PDFs of your final yearbook artwork for members to view.
We know only about 10-15% of photos taken are actually chosen for publication in the yearbook, but with Yurbook those other 85-90% are now fair game for students, parents, alumni and staff to view and share.

If you’d like, you can also choose to have us print your yearbooks for you. (Although you certainly don’t have to; you can also continue to print the hard copy just as you always have.)

Plus, when we house the final artwork, that also means members of your school community (students, parents, etc.) can easily reorder a lost or extra copy in the years ahead. Because all photos and artwork you store on Yurbook will be here today, tomorrow and at the 20-year reunion.
We also make it easy for members to order their favorite photo on a T-shirt, to make their own calendar with custom pictures, or for them to put together a commemorative mini book filled with pictures of stuff like graduation ceremonies, homecoming, dances, sports tournaments, you name it.
